Sniping

ok first off sniping is excellent i am a sniper and i am pretty good at it! If ur sniping i reccomend the M24 no matter what other guns you get use the M24 and if u see a target far away raise ur gun a little bit over his head and the bullet will fall and land on his head and u get a headshot total of 60 points unless u get a marksman headshot those points vary on how good the hit was! so when sniping keep this in mind!

What's the 'headshot total of 60 points unless u get a marksman headshot those points vary on how good the hit was' all about? Do you get more xp for sniper kills?

Also, have they actually factored in the fall of a bullet over distance like with firing the rockets???

I disagree with the m24 thing, as long as it's bolt action I'll use it, I like variety sniping bores me sometimes.

I've never been a big fan of sniping in FPS games. Picking off people from far off in my assault kit is fun though.

needswall u get 50 for any regualr kill 60 for a head shot 60 for a headshot and then random points if u get a marksman shot! and ant i honestly do not know

You can get +500 as the most points in a marksman bonus. That's straight across Arica Harbor on Rush.

So you get more points for a sniper rifle kill depending on the distance and difficulty but also just more (50 instead of 5) xp per kill vs. and other guns?

Yeah.

Actually to get a marksman kill you need to get a head shot also.

a marksman headshot is a calculated for every meter above 100

So you need a headshot at over 100m to get extra points, but you still get 50xp per sniper kill under 100m and without a headshot... Might have to turn sniper for a spell...

yea and a headshot is 10 points... and i suggest using C4 instead of mortar strike

damn 500 the most ive gotten is 250, Ive got a long way to go

I've looked it up on Youtube a few times, and the 500 shots are incredible.

lol on grassy maps ill use a all class gun... like a thompson or a g3

woot just got a 433 marksman bonus!!!!!!!!!!!

I prefer bolt action... Mainly because i got used to the timing of everything... Mortar strikes because they are very helpful in destroying enemy sniper locations or tanks to dangerous to get to. C4 is helpful with Com stations though.

i use C4 for everything i dnt like mortar stike

OK, while I was not a huge fan of BC1, and not sure how the lag is going to effect me, I fell the the pressure this weekend and bought BC2, so will find out what all this chatter is about.
