Lose the MW2 guy, and add some color, not just green. if you can find any Medal of Honor guys or Socom 4 guys, u can add the as well.

Hey a few comments from the guy who made the banner that's being displayed right now:
First of all that's an awesome background, can you give me a brief tutorial on what you've done? For mine I just used a black to green radiant and I'd like to learn how to make some more eye poppin' backgrounds

Also the thick outline around each of the characters was well done, it's a nice touch.
My advice would be to not keep it all green, because colour is more attractive to look at. It also makes it look more bland, for example you should have kept the text a bright white shade because that makes it pop.
Also you may want to add more around the character's brush wise, but it still looks good as is.
But, overall well done.

Nah let's make it the convienant truth. New members exposed to even the small portion of Brash's awesomness in a graphical form would instantly be killed. Therefore Brash, unfortunately, we're unable to apply your idea.

That banner looks cool, the only thing I don't like about it, the green shade blends in with the characters; putting on brighter color would not make it so gloomy looking, well just with the characters the background is alright.
