Hello everyone, with the recent meeting, a lot has been discussed and a lot needs to be changed. To everyone this is part one of Operation Thong, part two, will revitalize the clan to its former glory. Without further ado, lets get on with update.
The first thing is maturity, Ive said it before and illl say it again, i will not tolerate immaturity. We decided not to go with an age limit, but will be much stricter on our apps to weed out people who will not be active or immature. We will be going with an improved strike system. I know what ur saying, we had this and it failed miserably. This was because of poor execution and failure to follow through. This system has stricter rules and will be implemented correctly. Here it is.
Strike program
1 strike is by 2 people on a complaint. 1 strike during event disqualifies you from next identical event.
1 strike means 1 week suspension.
2 strikes mean 2 weeks suspension.
3 strikes are permanent ban.
The next thing is leadership. I do not want anyone to feel like they may lose their MoV membership coming to me with a problem or complaint especially about me. I may come across as a jerk or ass sometimes, but if there is one thing I won't do, and that kick you because or you critiquing me. I'm here to see the clan grow just as you are. If you guys dont come to me with your problems, there isn't anything I can do. Short of going out and having a contract filled out and notarized, putting the picture up on here, there isn't anything i can do to make you believe that i wont kick you, you just have to take my word for it. If you still feel uncomfortable, there will be complaint box (in maintenance) you can type in totally anonymously, and we will not know who types what.
The next thing is game support. We are working out the flaws for each game right now. We will be having separated leaders running activities for other game. If anyone would like to set this up for BC2 msg me. This person would be work solely on BC2 (not limited to other game ops), not any other game. If you have had worries about this system, please hang with us. This is a new thing for us. New division will need some time to gain the equal leadership. Ops for all game will be set up. Even if I have to run them all.
Next is recruiters. We are in desperate need of people to have their main jobs of recruiting for their specified game. If you would like to do this please PM me. These people will need to give 110% to the recruit thread they are making. They would need to run the page by the leaders before it is sent out. Pictures, different colors, fonts, all the works. The better is looks the more people we will get. This would be a time consuming job, with making the thread an constantly keeping it bumped, but if you feel you are up for it, tell me.
Last is Promotions and Demotions. Demotions is only one. dakidx, im sorry but you have not been very active. if you can show us that you can be active, you may be reinstated. The promotions are 3 of the best people to promote. SdgRaven, to mod. Besides being the best damn artist we have had, he has been a big help to the leader. His activity and dedication hasn't been matched. Next is Brashin, to Co-admin, who has been a big help op wise. His leadership expertise and maturity is a quality this clan has been lacking for such a long. Last up, to mod, is needswall. his activity as of late has skyrocketed. He is a helpful member who listened to everyone fully. He will do whatever is asked of him and if totally selfless. Congrats to all those promoted!
Actually, the last thing is this. This Friday the site will turn 1 year old. We will be running some special thing and some surprises will pop up also. Don't forget to be on that day. Happy Birthday MoV!
