Yeah it definitly is, by the time the game comes well be set to prepare for battle, instead of throwing together a scrap team and figuring out teams. All we should have to do, is simpy find where everyone should go.

yup yup...more time you have to get to know your fellow team mates the better.
I found that with other shooters you had to rely on the "rush factor" to win, because no one worried about working like a team, only the personal stats at the end of the round, with MAG those stats mean less then ever and the team goal is first...just because you are defending while the rest of the squads advance dos not mean you place in battle is any lesser of a role.
