Suggested Ops Template

How long will the Op run?

Are you looking to run with multiple squads?
If So what is your plan to link up and enter games together?

Any specific info your looking to share with the attendees?

If you are assigning people into Squads use following format

I would also suggest adding something about Brashin in here at some point. Smile

Just a rough draft might add to it. This will help us standardize our Ops templates as well as begin to change how we operate as a clan. We want to drive people into running well organized multi-squad Ops and also ensure people sign-up in the forums to attend.

Please also post some thoughts on the template as I am open to suggestions.

Brash...looks good. My only suggestion would be to keep open a couple of slots for floaters (insert potty joke here). Since I have a child to babysit, I many not be able to commit to many Ops but will certainly pop on if my kid falls asleep.

Hey Hotdog, always a valid point, I was thinking of how the best way to handle that situation is and the way I see it is if you sign up we put you in a squad if your unsure, post that your unsure and maybe we add an alt squad.

What I have been doing though is you post if you can be on and we start at 9:30pm, everyone knows we go in game at 9:45pm. From 9:30-9:40pm everyone who is assigned a squad is invited by the squad leader into their assigned groups. From 9:40-9:45pm anyone who is late or any squad that is not full we open it up to everyone else in the clan and pull them in. That's where the alt's would come in. That is how I intend to include them.

Perhaps there is a better way though.
