BC2 Elite Practice

Some of these nights I might go out but I should know in advance. And if I know we have a practice earlier in the day any of these days i might be able to make it.

Thanks for the feedback on availability. Let's set practice for Monday's at 9:30pm EST for the foreseeable future. Let's do our first session on April 26th. We will focus practice on squad rush (and maybe rush if we can't find good random competition on squad rush which tends to happen). The main objective of the first practice session will be to learn to communicate with each and choose roles. We need at least one assault for ammo and one medic to heal/revive. One sniper would be nice too - not necessarily to snipe but for throwing out motion senors. Please let me know who will be in attendance for our first practice. I'll keep a roster of attendees. This invite is open to anyone wishing to participate in BC2 gamebattles competitively. If we have more than four, we will do 2 squads and maybe play each other in squad rush. If we have less than four, we will practice with whoever shows up.

Im usually best with engineer or being a counter-sniper sniper but will play whatever im needed as

Also I play medic/engineer as main.

I play assault too but only if Engineer isn't needed.

We all know that a squad is made up of four in BC2. So for practice tomorrow:

If 4 show up, we're good to go and will practice as one squad.

If 5 show up, we'll start with the first four that signed up on the forum and when one leaves the 5th can take his place (we may have to rotate each week if we always have 5 showing up...we'll cross that bridge when we get there). There's usually a no-show, so please everyone that signed up, please show.

If 6 show up, we'll do a private match of 3 vs. 3.

is this elite stuff only for gamebattles BC2?

The goal is to practice for a while and then do gamebattles.

@Gutairest - The BC2 Elite team is only for GB. This team will work together and play together so they can have battles on GB! BUT, that doesnt mean that the team is better then the other GB players. They just play a bit more competitively.

Guitarest...if you want in, just create a gamebattles account and show up to practice tonight at 9:30pm EST. We're not doing anything with gamebattles for a little while so you don't need to create the gamebattles account right away.

I'm glad that we were able to take down that one ass hat and his team. Made me feel like maybe we have a chance at GB.

Whens next practice hotdog? I think we should do it every few days? Maybe like twice a week or something? your call.

Twice a week is a good idea. DrGiggles can't do Thurs...I'd like to stay away from the weekend...how about Wednesday's as well? We could do Monday and Wednesday each week. Thoughts?

Any day is fine for me as long as I'm reminded prior to the event either on PSN or on my MSN (bringsimonthehorizon@hotmail.com)or on here.

I know it's a chore, but I have possibly the worst memory ever.


I'm down to play, but I really hope the BFBC2 Gamebattles group stays with only mature people. I think that if we have kids screaming on the mics and stuff, they should be warned to stop, and if they don't, not allowed to participate.

(Not that this is happened, it's just ever other group I've been in has it. )

If our practices become regularly certain days, you won't need to remind me. (Example is if we have em every week on monday and wed, then I'll remember) It's just random days I forget.

If I ever find out that BFBC2 practices are scheduled to conflict with the Mag Ops on Fri night there will be hell to pay...LOL j/k

On a serious note, I know you can only have 4 man teams apparently but can you coordinate and speak with the other 4 man teams at all?

No...that's the sucky part. If you set up a normal 4 man squad...you can only communicate amongst the 4...there's also no way to make sure that you get 2 squads playing together. You can do private matches of 8 on 8 but then you'd need to find eight people to kill. You can get 16 people together and play 8 on 8 which is pretty cool...I'm not sure if all 8 can communicate in that mode because I've never tried it.
