Most people who have played drinking games probably know this one, if not it is a good one (but obviously for the purposes of playing online, drinks are optional - if you wanna try drinking version there are plenty of sites online -
http://www.webtender.com/handbook/games/thenamegame.game). Someone starts by saying the name of someone famous (it is up to the group to decide the ground rules at the start, if you are with a group of lads you can have sports personalities, if mixed sexes best not to, for the purposes of this game, as there are mixed nationalities, I am going to say you can have sports personalities, but they have to be internationally famous, i.e. Wayne Rooney, Tiger Woods, Kobe Bryant are acceptable, the 2nd baseman for the Houston Astro's (Brits probably would not know) or the goal keeper for Fulham FC (sorry Nick (Americans probably would not know) is not)). Normal rules are so long as one person knows them (as a famous person) it is acceptable. After the first person says someone(i.e. Alec Baldwin) the next person has to start their famous person with the first letter of the second name (i.e. Billy Bob Thornton - next name would start with a T). In the event of a single word name (i.e. Madonna) then the letter remains the same (M). Once a name has been used, it cannot be reused (again, up to other people to catch someone out for trying).
So get started and see if this is any crack compared to playing it for real with a beer (am sure it won't be, but lets see):
