I usually dont get involved in clans, as i general play to have fun, but The clan I was in for soldiers front, it was called ant1pr0, at our high point we were ranked 13th overall out of a few thousand. I was an admin (i would guess equal to officer in this clan), even at one point became leader of it.
4. Are you currently in another clan on a different game?
No I'm not, but this gives me more time to dedicate towards this clans cause.

5. What time zone are you in? (if you don't know just say what country/state you are in)
eastern time (florida)
6. Do you promise to be an active and helpful member in this community ON THIS SITE AND IN GAME, (not just make an app then never see you on the site again)?
Of course, I plan to play quite often, and I'm all about promoting growth to a community such as this.
About Joining the Clan
7. Explain in a short paragraph(3-5 sentences) why you want to join Men Of Valor, and why we should let you in. I believe you should allow me in to your clan because in every shooter I play, I focus on working with my team in order to win the game, even if it means taking a hit to my k/d ratio. I try to help people who are new to a game that I have been playing for a time, as I think being friendly to people is important in a gaming community, it creates a more enjoyable experience. My skills in FPS are not what they were a few years ago (I haven't played one in a while) but from the amount I have played MAG so far, I have been fairly quick in adapting to how this game plays, I generally have been prefering to use a sniper rifle over anything else though.
8. How did you find us? In-game? MAG or EA/BC2 Forums? Were you referred by anyone? If so, name them.
I found out about your clan from the forums at www.gamefaqs.com: the username that posted about your clan is needswall.
9.Which game are you joining MoV for? BC2, MAG, or both?
Right now I will only be joining for MAG, but if I happen to get BC2, I'll be sure to let you know.

I have a headset for the PS3.
