I noticed that there is a new pac for Confrontation...anyone thinking of getting it?

SOCOM Confrontation ‘Cold Front’ DLC Available Tomorrow

We’ve got some great news for all you SOCOM fans! We’re excited to announce that the ‘Cold Front’ expansion pack for SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Confrontation will be available tomorrow in North America for download on the PlayStation Network. ‘Cold Front’ is loaded with a number of new features and content. Check out what’s included in the new download pack below:

* New Russian / Eastern European Area of Operation

* Snow setting complete with snow effects

* New snow gear and camo for both the Special Forces and Mercenaries

* Thermal vision

* New ARMS RUN gameplay mode

* 5 New Maps: Uprising, Entrapment, Blizzard, Night Stalker, Vigilance

* All new mercenaries characters with new looks and new VO.

* New Special Forces squad, the Russian Spetsnaz

* Gun turrets emplacements

* New music

* All new character specialization/progression system allows players to pick a primary and secondary specialization and unlock new equipment exclusive to those specializations

* New weapons, including: 3 new weapons, 6 enhanced versions of weapons available as part of the new weapons specialization system, 2 new weapon attachments (including the thermal scope), 5 enhanced versions of weapon attachments also available as part of the new weapons specialization system.

* 2 new grenade launcher ammo types (flash and smoke)

* New Trophies

i bought SOCOM Con the first day it came out... couldn't even get into a menu for the first week, then it took another week to finally get into a game.... but i only played like 5 games, it was just WAY to boring and not fun or addictiveness in it at all.....

so no, i'm not gettin it

I'm gettin its because its cheap, for christmas.A Couple ppl still play it, but MW2 Idk becuse next month everyone's gonna be on M.A.G. So just like Socom i wont hve MW2 till its cheaper....

i still have socom, i play it from time to time only to kick the people who play every days asses...

I just picked this game up for the filler time till MAG beta goes live.I see that MoV has a clan on Socom. How do i go about joining? Deadlyknights79 is the leader so im assuming he's gotta send an invite

link to Socom clan? and we wont all be playing MAG, i probably only will for clan stuff, other than that, its MW2 for me

i was talking about the in-game clan feature.

I picked up the DLC, its worth the money I just don't play it much anymore and left my previous clan. Pretty much have to have a clan to really enjoy the game otherwise you will be votekicked 50 -60 % of the games so the team can get their clan members in....which is cool with me, I just get tired of spending so much time in lobbies waiting for games to start...

i was gunna ask if the DLC was worth the $$. I may get it this week. If anyone is playing Socom add me: The_Dirty_Botch

I have this game... its fun... i like it
